3.4 Technical & Usage Data. We collect website usage information (IP address, device type, browser version, pages visited) and may deploy cookies or similar technologies.
3.5 Communication Records. We maintain records of your correspondence with us (emails, chat transcripts) to resolve inquiries and support requests.

Video Surveillance
For safety, security, and loss prevention, Bid Boss Inc. uses video surveillance cameras at warehouse entrances, pickup areas, and other access points. Signage is posted to notify individuals before they enter monitored areas. Recorded footage is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and may be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if legally required.

Your data may be stored in or accessed from servers located in Canada and in the United States by our service providers (Google, Wix, Koalendar, HiBid, AuctionFlex360). We ensure equivalent privacy safeguards through contractual agreements and standard contractual clauses where required.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware of such collection, contact us and we will delete the information.
