Summary:

• Eligibility: Only Grade A or B lots with undisclosed, material defects qualify.
   

• Request Window: Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of pickup.
   

• Process: Email support@bidbossinc.ca with your invoice, lot numbers, defect description, and evidence.
   

• Refund Scope: Refunds cover hammer price, buyer’s premium, and taxes only.
   

• Exclusions: Grade C/D lots and minor cosmetic variances are ineligible.
   

• Fees: Abandoned lots incur a 20% restocking fee .
