Shipping & Handling Policy

1. Third-Party Fulfillment. Bid Boss arranges shipping exclusively through our partner, PkgPlace. Once you request shipping via our invoice link, PkgPlace manages all aspects of shipping—packaging, dimensions, weight, rates, insurance, pickup, and delivery.
    

2. Labeling & Pickup. After payment clears, Bid Boss prints and affixes PkgPlace shipping labels. PkgPlace drivers retrieve the packages directly from our facility.
    

3. Shipping Fees. All shipping charges are billed and collected by PkgPlace; Bid Boss does not mark up or handle shipping payments.
    

4. Risk of Loss. Risk transfers to PkgPlace upon pickup. For transit-related issues, please contact PkgPlace customer service directly.
    

5. Contact. For questions about your shipment, email support@bidbossinc.ca or consult PkgPlace’s tracking portal. Bid Boss can only confirm that your items have left our facility. For any additional shipping information, please contact coffee@pkgplace.com.
